They want to take three years off mid career and come back to work at 20 hours a week working from home and still make the same as the guy who works 60 hours a week and doesn't take vacation.
How does anyone think every corporation independent makes the decision to pay their female workers less despite it being illegal for any of them to do so? How do you have a normal, somewhat functioning brain and possibly come to that conclusion?
