I'm not big on his comedy, his podacast is nice. The episode with him and Bobby is damn good!

He's had good shows lIke the Mencia take down, Bob Zmuda and Dave Foley episodes. But then he does shit like cry to Louis CK about why he hasn't want to hang out with him in 10 years.

Agreed, but he also talks about how hard and annoying it is to be his friend. The irrational things he expects out of his relationships, and how he's incredibly screwed in the head. He lays that shit out and tried to work through it, which is what I find most interesting about his pod.
