I think we're saying almost the same thing, but from different angles. I think the "5th-rate, retarded version of Stern" is a good way of putting it, because the similarities are undeniable, and it's not just out of Tits wanting to copy Stern, although that is obviously a factor.
It's a fact that Stern can't do radio on his own, either. He's been coasting on nothing but legacy (which, ironically, he denies and suppresses), habit, and the work of others for at least the last 10 years.
