Female comics get more chances than men. It's completely lopsided right now. If any woman knows a few jokes, they will parade you around for political credit. The entertainment industry is desperately trying to find women that are funny.

When I met my wife she had a college degree, piles of crippling debt and she made about $8 over minimum wage.
I convinced her to try her hand at the tech field. It took me nine years to break six figures in the field. It took her less than half that time.
