REMINDER: Opie is a 60 year old mentally ill man who cries to a therapist once a week about his 90 year old mentally ill mother being rude to him when he was a kid.
Let's also not forget that they were so poor that his father "started a church" without actually starting a church just so they could get the tax write-off so they had enough money for bread sandwiches which poor tits would take to school in a cement bag.
The real issue with Opie is probably that he didn't get enough attention as a kid. He's so insecure and needs to be the center of attention everywhere he goes.
The guy is loaded, and he still wants a job just for the attention.
