Like if they don't like Howard so much, what's with the many weird little replacement names he gives him? Also, Anthony and Jim are always silent during these moments unless they really do hate each other. Thanks for the Jocktober suggestion as well. I've gone back to that author's account and upvoted all his page one comments.
