I'm continually surprised by the fact that no one has confronted Opie with the fact that his current behavior, narcissism, lack of self awareness, and actions, fit his characterization of his mother perfectly. He spent years crying about his "awful" childhood, and lack of relationship with his mother due to her mental illness. Yet, I have yet to hear someone drawings any sort of correlation between the mental predispositions of Opie and his mother, be it to his face, or when he isn't present. Also, I've heard a lot less of Opie complaining about his mother over the past few years and wonder whether or not he's starting to become aware that he is turning into his mom. Love Ya Miss Ya

Ha. Imagine the shit that gets flung Opie's way when his family gathers in secret on the holidays. With no family gathering to attend, Opie's family knows that poor Opie will be forced to spend holidays far away with the "Philly Crew". I bet F.H. Reilly's wasn't even failing like reported, but that his brother sunk the business to get as far away as possible from him.
