When my cat was 19 years old I found him dead, stiff as a board curled up underneath my bed. I grabbed a towel and wrapped him up, shoved him in a cardboard box I found, then buried him like 3 feet in my backyard. I knew this cat my whole life and honestly, I was barely phased. It's a fucking stupid animal. If I don't give a shit about my own dead cat then there's no shot I care about some random living cat just because it's old.
