It really is bad. Regularly threatening an employee's job. Then invade the privacy of that employee by shooting a video of that employee half naked taking a shit in an enclosed bathroom stall. Make matters worse by then sharing the video with coworkers and others. Publicly shame the employee for going to HR (even though you had already been going to upper management yourself trying to get the employee fired). Then create a hostile work environment by threatening that employee's co-worker because he picked the wrong side. Have other employees publicly belittle the victimized employee and his supportive coworker. Essentially force the supportive coworker to quit. . Opie is unemployable now. Banished to Anthony's basement.
