I feel like you're looking into a bit much. I don't really see what's so bad about this. Yes Louis has changed a bit and isn't quite as enjoyable as he used to be, but this film seems quite interesting, and he's still better than 99% of entertainers out there.

The documentary may in fact be good, but it's kinda silly to see that their way of coping with a bad childhood and a tough life is to form a gang and try to make money by selling their bodies or looks instead of learning to deal with their problems or be happy with who they are. Those are all pretty bad lessons in life.
