I think it was just assumed he read this board constantly, saw where Danny said it, and then just acted like he was "clued in" by someone to avoid having to admit he read -and believe- a Reddit post, after making such a big deal about how he doesn't pay attention to the fahkin' haters.
And how much of a dipshit he would look if he admitted to Jim how he got so upset over something he read on a board full of people who like to see him get upset. Anthony pointed it out in Greggshells; he says he barely knows about the place, but knows everything we're doing and will adjust what he's doing accordingly.
This, the speculation started when danny ross appeared in the subreddit he said that dboy wasnt fired for being behind the bizarro opie account, that it was anthony. Of course he took it back afterwards but i still prefer to believe that anthony was behind that inmensely funny twitter account.
I always thought there was no secret. He simply said that to get some kind of upper hand in the argument. It's a cliche thing a kid will do in a disagreement. "I know someone you don't, and I won't tell you!"
I'm sure he just kind of said it, and then Jimmy kept asking and so he got mad and blew it up.
