Vaccinations arent like oil changes, once you have one, youre good for the rest of your life. unless you have aids your immune system will do its job if youre healthy enough. You get vaccinations as a child because your immune system is developing. If youre getting them as an adult, (yearly) for the same illnesses, youre just wasting money.
