Running to HR is to white men what snitching rats are to Italians, blacks and Latinos. White men have always endured abuse from their bosses, but wouldn't be caught dead in an HR office. The attitude is if you don't like your boss, eat plates of shit until you find a better job. That said, getting filmed taking a shit is a good reason to go to HR. Especially since in many ways Roland has the best job he can get based upon his career and the company he works for. Why should he give up his dream job just because some shithead zilch is making it a nightmare?
