The worst thing he did is talking about the Roland thing OnAir if HR is looking in to it.
If the Howard office thing was even a small deal, he has to be done now. I will say though he makes everything sound like he's getting fired soon or leaving the company soon. He's done it for many years.

I think he's fucking around (for now) because if he was fired he'd say it. So I expect sand message writing all weekend. They couldn't officially fire him this quickly. And if he quit he'd definitely be on Twitter acting like a martyr for his 40 fans.
