This says Zatarain's has it trademarked as of 2009, don't know dick about the legality of it though

Exactly.. I can't get my head around this stuff.. I'm hoping someone on here has some kind of basic education and can explain this to us

Look at the link below. It would appear you would want to contact the lawyer who represents this trademark for Zatarains. Which apparently is Jennifer Taylor in San Francisco. It doesn't list an email. But it does have a phone number. So that's where I leave it. Because my autism doesn't extend past a keyboard.

Email sent 😀

Let Zatarain's know someone is using their trademarked phrase for profit.

I doubt it, even if it we're he doesn't make enough money for it to matter.

Look at the Fighter and the Kid podcast, they have allegedly made hundreds of thousands of dollars selling T-Shirts. A lot of them blatantly ripping off trademarked brands including this one wow

Where they used a Disney character. They didn't get in any trouble for it, so i doubt Opie and his hundred's of dollars in earnings would be safe.

Plus everybody knows Opie makes his real money on the YEEEEAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH shirt.

You are a sneaky bastard trying to flush the jews out of this sub
