Yeah. You can tell because when someone does take a personal shot, like Vos making fun of Colin's brief marriage, they react like they just saw somebody get shot in front of them. If it was a regular thing Colin's quickie divorce would be a tired punchline and not "HOLY SHIT RICH!"
