I'm no lawyer, but it seems like Gregg Hughes could sue Jim Norton for harassment. Particularly since it's had an impact on his employment. I know that people call Jim Norton a "worm" but being sued is no fun, and Gregg Hughes is exactly the type that does it.

The larger danger is that Sirius simply fires both of them. I've worked in dozens of large companies and usually they just fire both parties to prevent any lawsuits. Of course they use some type of smokescreen, for instance they'll simply "eliminate their position."

Yeah generally an employer will need to have a paper trail documenting that you'd been warned about your crappy performance. This is mostly just for legal purposes; it's insurance in case you sue them.

People just want Norton to be upfront about his jabs like Opie is. All he does are subliminal disses. Not that I ever expected him to.
