He had intellectual potential but never the refinement or formal education. He did have some profound things to say but his delivery was missing and too often he got caught up in conspiracies.
His stand-up was okay he was better at off-the-cuff funny. My love for Patrice comes in his honesty about women.
Rumor has it he spent hours and hours refining his comedy on the phone with fellow funny man and intellectual equal Gregg Hughes. That seems like something nobody should question because Mr.Hughes has made so many funny jokes and salient points throughout his 30 year radio career that a "best of" clip would last almost 7 minutes long. It's sad that 1/2 of our favorite comedy team had to pass on while the other seems to be physically healthy despite having breasts that would make a Vegas showgirl jealous.
People liked him because he simply said what he actually thought. He would be more mainstream now so maybe it'd be different, but I'd like to think he'd still be willing to tell TJ Miller he stinks and Iliza Shlesinger to shut up and stop bringing her dumb dog everywhere.

Patrice was pound for pound the greatest

Plus he pretty much came up with what would later become known as the fidget spinner

Bobby is only 5'8 and big. Patrice was 6'4 and even bigger. He was massive.

I don't think any of you idiots knows what "pound for pound" means

It's a crying shame the fork killed him to soon.

We like him the most because he didn't live long enough to disappoint us.

He wasn't that funny. It's the latter for me.

He was the one black person we were allowed to like. We've been searching for that token ever since.
