Supposedly it was Ben Sparks who got the number at the party and kept calling Opie to tell him everybody he's ever worked with hated him and that he was responsible for Steve hanging himself. Opie eventually got him arrested for harassment and Ben took a plea deal of community service and promising never to contact Opie or his family ever again.
The phone call asking about his kids was a separate incident. Somebody from here found the number and posted it and an MP3 of a bad prank call on 4chan. I think he mainly talked to Opie's wife, not the kids. I just remember the aspergergic phrase "How's Opie's tits." Hopefully that guy ate a bullet because he was a faggot extraordinaire.
