No, that's Carl Barat, fair-weather front man and lyricist of The Libertines. He tried another band but it didn't work out without the junkie on the right, Pete Doherty. Doherty is, and was, a drug addicted mess but the boy's talented. If he'd been alive in the 60s music scene, he's be Jim Morrison level famous and would probably be dead (due to uncut level H/coke.)
