I do not post this as a boast of my comedic prowess; it's a stupid thing and I was like 13 or so when I posted it. I only bring it up to damn that thieving hack fuck. Buzzfeed also ripped it off, as I just discovered when I googled to get that link, but that's to be expected from them. It actually turned into a semi prolific meme from the looks of it.
no disrespect, but from reading it, I dont think you made a huge leap, when words like grabbing, gripping & snapping are being thrown about, I'm not saying he didn't see your work & use it, just saying. Also, paranoia is a dangerous destructive road to go down, even if it starts with a truth. If you're talented, you'll have more good stuff in you
Like I said, I'm not seeking credit for a work of genius. I just thought it interesting a grown man would proudly steal something so obviously farted out from the brain of a child. Plus I hated him for being a hack before I ever discovered he'd ripped that off.
Brit here and I agree, he's fucking terrible. He's the perfect comedian for smug hipsters who watch Charlie Brooker's yearly wipe shows and think they're really profound. I don't find any of his stuff funny but he's not as bad as Russell Howard etc.
Highlight: he shoved a member of the audience's phone in his arse. Then it went off because a reminder for medication was set.
