I generally use it in certain contexts. For instance, this joke wouldn't be nearly as funny if it contained the words "African American gentleman." Also I use it when describing really dumb people regardless of their actual skin color. I haven't gotten a glimpse of your skin but I would venture to say that you are a stupid nigger just from viewing your post. So there you have it.
