Ann Coulter correctly points out that the demographics are against us (with Texas and other solid Red states possibly becoming a democratic state within only a few decades) and with a continual influx of immigrants the situations could easily worsen.
On top of that, the Media seems to launch a total war against anyone with an R next to their name seeking national office. Trump's administration was plagued by major scandals from week 1, with unfounded allegations of Russian collusion being a prime time story right out of the gate. We're only a few months into Trump's first term and it's already a nightmare with constant leaks and calls for impeachment. Some of it may be his fault, but it's nothing more severe than what past Presidents have done and gotten away with without constant scrutiny. Every stupid propagandist like Colbert & Stewart constantly harp on his every move.
I'd honestly be shocked if we ever get another true right-wing President, assuming the media is the victor in this outcome. You have to be a beltway Republican to just survive these days, and even then I think we would see non-stop, "HE's A FUCKING NAZI!!11" cries from the Left.

I think this sub is split down the middle. From the people that care a lot on the left, on the right and those that don't care for party politics. I'm in the latter.
However, I do think Trump is a total dick and deserves all that is bad in the world. Mostly for being terrible at being president.
