But they advertise the tomatometer higher than the actual rating. You could give the film a 6/10 and have it contribute positively to its "tomato" rating.
It's just odd to me that in the pre-release press he talked about mainly how the movie was a parody of do gooder white liberals. Then he switched his intentions completely.
It was good because the main character is played by a good actor. His Black Mirror episode was pretty good. Not American, of course. Our "good actors" have all turned to shit. Look At De niro

I think it's the influx of shit movies that's the cause of this. This summer is going to be a box office bomb of reboots and reduxes that no "good actor" can save.
Though he is a very talented actor, the story and direction complimented that. I hope Peele's next projects have the same consistency.
