I imagine a large amount of human trafficking is on the web and deep web. What these network sites will do is use Twitter/Facebook/YouTube to send out crypted codes to onion sites every interval of time. After the interval is over the onion site is shut down and new one pops up.
What is done with the human trafficking is also put on onion sites (links to torrent video files to uploaded pics).
I wish he had said it on the Tonight Show. This fucker looks like a character from The Oblongs, probably has never sweated for a dime in his life, and cries when he sees a kitchen knife.
