He just likes having "Black Sabbath fan" as part of his identity. One of those little things that he thinks rounds him out as a person. I bet he'd hate Sleep's Holy Mountain if someone played it for him. Nearly the exact same thing but it's not Sabbath so he doesn't have to convince himself he likes it.

Whenever Dio comes up he'll go "Man he had great fuckin' voice," but I doubt if you played him Die Young he'd even recognize it as Sabbath.

Kinda a weird conincidence that Jimmy picked them to worship. He's terrible at articulating what makes music "good" or "bad" but Sabbath's a really great group.

Dynasty the disco album is surprisingly good.

They're catchy as pop tunes I guess. But KISS is just average guitarist, Ace, plus three desperately untalented men.

Coked out Bill Ward was a shit drummer compared to his bombastic, metronomic skills on the first two albums.

I will never forgive U2 for stealing Sunday Bloody Sunday from Sabbath.
