Joe is not taking a check. Checks can be traced and show that he received 5k a month in income. And Joe is not declaring his allowance as income and paying taxes on it. Guarantee he makes Anthony give it to him in cash, probably 50's and 20's to make the stack look bigger and he will only take it from Anthony personally, not Keith or one of the other hangers on. With Anthony being such a pissy eyed faggot Joe probably makes him bring it to his house instead of driving to Anthony's house to get it.
