Artie Lange is the Bela Lugosi of comedy.

At what point was he actually funny? Or has he always been the wacky "let me tell you about the time" guy?

That episode of Stern was entertaining , but not because Artie's joke was particularly funny. It was just the girl's bizarrely sensitive reaction to it that made it interesting. I never found Artie very funny either. He was just a fat guy who yelled all his material, but a lot of people seemed to find him hilarious for some reason.

This is ridiculous. Please listen to his years on Stern (you will have to at some point anyway since comedy is now extinct). I promise it's very, very funny. As for what he's done since he left Stern, I could care less.

He's not funny at all. His stand up is garbage. Just because he said something funny once or twice on stern doesn't give him a "funny man" pass. He needs to die.
