Woman didn't speak, or spoke little English.

Traveling alone with 2 toddlers.

Had a airline approved stroller that folds super small to store as carry on.

Bald flight Attendant said she couldn't bring on plane, tried ripping it from her hands, hit her in the head with it in the process, almost hit the smaller kid.
