What a dummy! He could have had a point if he didn't generalize it and say that only him and his staff deserve to not be interrupted by things like this. He's the sole moneymaker at Sirius at this point, he and his people deserve special priviledges. But he went ahead and extended it to every Sirius employee. He'd better correct it later or he'll rightfully catch a lot of shit for this.
In fairness it's completely different for Howard, he had a situation where a 50 year old crooked tooth large breasted man was harassing him on a daily basis. This celebrity in general didn't want any contact with other people. The latter is someone being absurdly pompous for no reason, the former is a case of harassment.
