Do you think he declares the welfare money Anthony gives him as income and pays taxes on it? Or is he cheating the tax man?

He uses all of those kids that pleasure loonies into his mouth as write offs and only has to pay what he makes for a few gigs

I assume Anthony uses a payroll service for his actual employees and probably pays Joe through that. Although he probably only pays him a small amount (25-30K?) through there to keep the taxes to a minimum (make the government think you're poor so you get it all back) and then gives him wads of cash throughout the year, so Anthony is probably guilty of structuring among other tax-crimes.

Danny claimed Anthony gave Joe 5 thousand a month so if your theory is correct then Joe is only paying taxes on roughly half of what Anthony gives him.
