All of a sudden he brought a pillow from out behind his back, squatted and gassed into the pillow, and finally throwing it over her face with a snicker. It all happened so fast, poor Michelle didn't have a chance.
In all seriousness, is it, or is it not at least a little fucked up that McNamara died from a combo of Xanax, Adderall, and Fentanyl, and Patton seemingly had no idea of his wife's insane drug addiction? Like the Fentanyl alone fucks you up big time. Either Patton was just not around and was so nonfunctional as a husband that he really had no idea, or he knew his wife was taking all this shit and was totally complacent to it.
Either way I only feel sympathy for the kid that Patton makes hold suspiciously well written anti-Trump signs
