I had never heard of Redbar when he started on CompondMedia. The soundboard airhorn and the Mancow voice were immediately annoying- but the first red flag was when he went on a 10 minute explanation of how he would tolerate no criticism of the show on his chat and anyone posting anything critical would be immediately banned.

Then after a few episodes I realized that there was no actual funny. The show was mildy entertaining if you already disliked whomever his target was- but in most cases he was punching down at some even more unknown shit podcast.

What the fans wanted was Comedy Cellar crowd style ball busting. Instead what we got was the neckbeard sitting alone at his lunch table who thinks he's better than everyone else.
