Serious question: Why does Sirius keep Opie?

They don't release the numbers but his YouTube show uploads garner about a fifth of the views as Jim and Sam, if not less. He's universally and vocally hated even by nicer people than us across Youtube, Facebook, and Twitter. Real question, why are they keeping someone who never talks on air, constantly butts heads with management, and most mind-boggling, has a 7-figure salary?

I don't think they'll renew him, but they make a lot of odd decisions. Somebody thinks Jason Ellis is a good idea. So somebody will think the same about Opie.
