Any of you savages have a link to the show when Sam was feeding intern David lines to say to that chick that worked at planned parenthood? I haven't heard it in years. They talked about it on the show today.
The unpaid internship thing is kind of annoying because both Jim and Sam never had to worry about paying for rent or anything, they always had free stuff. Jim lived comfortably at home till 30. like that guy who graduated in 2008 pointed out they have no idea how fucked you get when you have to pay a ton of shit, no ones hiring, and theres just shitty unpaid internships everywhere. The job markets better now but 08-09ish companies went crazy with the unpaid internship thing. If either actually had to work a real job the same they were doing their unpaid internships to make ends meet they'd have a little more credibility
They also dwell on how awesome and fun being an intern is. You get to insult pornstars and do whacky stunts. But actually 99.9% of internships are nothing like this, and are in fact just shitty entry level corporate jobs.
