Do people who had listened to O&A for a while have a little bit of a different understanding of, or take on, Amy Schumer than those who did not?

I feel like people who were familiar with her before she got famous may not have this utter hatred of her as much as other people. The first time I heard of her was on the show, and she said she met one of the Hemsworth brothers and her clit starting beating like a heart. It was funny, at least then. But now, maybe not so much. I don't find her that funny now, but it's kinda sad because I remember her being funny and a pretty good guest on the show.

We invented her fame. She revealed herself to be a two-face.

She never would have been doing Red Eye or Stern if not for her O&A fandom. She got big opening for Jimmy, then doing the Anti-Social Network tour. It wasn't fucking Last Comic Standing that made her famous. It was the b-b-b-b-boys.

She used to do a more jokey style of comedy, she dismissed it since as "her republican character" which is embarassing.

She still would have been famous. The media will hype up any female comic unless you're as horrible as Esther Ku.

Has anyone talked about Whitney Cummings lately?

Is Iliza starring in movies?

Cummings had it but was such a whiny cunt nobody wanted to help her after her sitcom bombed. And they're still trying with Dame Cook.

But my point was they try to make it happen for all of them. If the public rejects them there's nothing they can do.

You don't find her "that funny". She's not funny at all and never was. She may have said a couple of funny things at one point in her life but those are minor compared to the 98.5% of her life she has spent being an unfunny, derivative hack thief that probably smells of moldy veal and rum sweat.

During Norm's one appearance he mentioned "middling attractive girls that swear a lot" being the new shitty fad in comedy. I always hoped he was passively bashing Amy because it annoyed me how the guys were so overly eager to mention how funny they thought she was. Never liked her and it didn't surprise me to see that she's a transparent phony who shifts her act wherever the money is.

It was more whitney Cummings he was talking about.

Yeah, he saw her on a Roast, probably the Trump one, and didn't get the big deal.

Amy has had the same lame "I'm a whore slut party girl OMG" shtick since forever, I've never understood why anyone liked her

Even if I didn't find her standup that funny, she had redeeming qualities and could be funny in conversation.

Regardless, she's now a dime a dozen Hollywood dipshit and has some money. C'est la vie.

No, everyone thinks she's a fat worthless cunt.

Maybe, but I'll say as an old timer who listened before, during and after her time on O&A, she fucking sucks.
Typical O&A, they played up her attractiveness on the air in her first appearances, then I saw her do 10 minutes of Jeselnek jokes at Stand Up NY about 8 years ago and saw through the bullshit.

The Amy we see now is not the same Amy who was on O&A from years back, which is why I don't like her at all anymore.

O&A fans credit Anthony Jeselnik for her pre-Inside Amy Schumer material.
