Also, Jim's involvement in the shows wrestling interviews makes me cringe like a motherfucker. It's cool if you don't know the wrestling world, but compensating that by shoehorning references or jacking off your own hubris doesn't make for quality radio. God I hate these people today.

No, jimmy is an albatross over Sam's probable means on income in the future. I can't wait till Sam advances further along in his career (Which will happen sooner than later) and leaves Jim alone, struggling for listener in a dying medium that will get taken over by faggots with microphones in front of a laptop. I guess his mediocre comedy career and lack of a film resume will suffice. Sam on the other hand will proceed to work with a company that rakes in hundreds of millions and never having to again to rely on an old man trying to learn to work a board nearing his 50's.
