That was the premise of the show. I assume the idea came from the fact that behind the scenes of a comedy show is usually funnier than the show itself.

You might be thinking of Web Junk which was the black Daniel Tosh show.

Web Junk was 2 years too early.

And imagine Patrice interviewing the people like Tosh gets to. It would have been amazing. None of that "I'm putting on a wacky costume and acting gay" bullshit Tosh does. Patrice talking to Gratata or Chris Crocker wouldn't need lame skits.

Web Junk came on at just the right time, sort of surprise it ended so quickly.

But basically like web junk came out just like as the internet starting being for normies. also love the announcer girl on there best voice.
