THE Singularly Greatest Moment In O & A History ....

This is where their disgust with Judd Hirsch's sensitive portrayal of a patronly Jewish gentleman in "Independence Day" started. Jimmy is remarking on Mr. Hirsch's incredibly incisive characterization of one "Heebie Kikenberg" ....

Of all of Opie & Anthony's classic go-to bits -- Lady Di abuse, Vos abuse Bobo abuse (done with love, of course!), sabotaging interviews, Col cracking on Bawby, etc., etc. -- it is this I aleays come back to and never not laugh very loudly and really really hard & long at.

It's "Heebie Kikeburger", not Kikenburg, you fucking mongrel.

Prove it.

Hah, just as I suspected. Dummy ....

It absolutely is kikeburger you dolt.

Prove it, Mr. Smartypants. YOU CAN'T PROVE IT, so I win! nyahh nyahh

Just go back to the clip and listen. Though I doubt you'd admit to being wrong, which you are.

OK, so I heard it wrong. I'm sorry.

You'd all be dead right now if it weren't for my David!

When they are talking about the ending where Will Smith and Goldblum fly the old little Alien ship into the mother ship, and Jim says that's like a turtle driving an Excel into your garage... I'm still laughing.

My wife put this shit movie on this weekend, and all I did was laugh to myself at every Judd Hirsch scene. Patrice scream laughing in my head. I'm trying to explain what's so goddamn funny...now I have to listen again.

This sub is taking up way too much of my time. I might have to punch out before the race wars.

I have a lot more respect for Independence Day after watching the sequel. The first movie is goofy, but at least it's entertaining. And the characters are memorable, even if they're all outdated offensive stereotypes. Plus those scenes of them arriving with the shadow slowly going over the cities and blowing up the White House have become iconic. The most offensive thing about the sequel is that it's boring.
