Paul only came in when he was in town (NYC), but there were strict guidelines set up by the underlings to accommodate Paul's veganism: you were not allowed to eat anything meat-related when Paul was in the building, or rather he couldn't SEE you eat anything meat-related when he was there. Also; you weren't allowed to make direct eye-contact with him...
