I've never heard that as a Sam adjective. I've heard "hard worker" and "shit-stirrer", both of which I hate. He only stirs the shit when he's making fun of an intern or people like Bobo, never to a big target and always within the company guidelines because he's a suck ass quadroon. "Hard worker"? Same as a mule. Big fucking deal.
Usually if other people have to keep telling you how hard someone else works, it's because none of it shows through in their product. If what they produced was of a high quality, then the public would know and the assumption would be that hard work was required to produce said result.
But with people like Sam, others have to constantly remind you of what hard workers they are because you don't see any of it in the things they produce. Its a justification for those people being in jobs that they don't seem qualified to do. All that supposed hard work means nothing if Sam is still a bad host, which he is.
He's shit on the radio. WWE should hire him to do pre shows and get slapped around by actual men. At least he would be amusing in that role. Watching his mop hair fly around after a fake punch would be, at least.
