There's a deep seeded problem with deleting in the mod community. Try to address it and you'll be exiled to banville.

They aren't people.

The automatic jump to banning in that community is astounding. No discussion. It's start banning at the least little thing. Uncivilized!!

I called /u/TheToolMan a fucking "&$;;-:" cause that's what he WAS!

The switch to deleting is immediate. No discussion, just deleting. When will THAT be addressed? Oh, right, never.

It looks like you're trying to mention another user, which only works if it's done in the comments like this (otherwise they don't receive a notification):

I'm a bot. Bleep. Bloop. | Visit /r/mentionhelper for discussion/feedback | Want to be left alone? Reply to this message with "stop"

You are a fucking faggot. I hate you.

Can we ban this goddamn bot at least?

Finally, an open and honest conversation about moderation.

There is a disproportionate amount of banning in the mod community.

Fucking modders.

We need Al Swearingen from Deadwood. He gives everyone leeway to operate as long as they don't go overboard with unnecessary killing.

We could always jump over to the OnAsubreddit

Just behave, why can't these fucking mods learn to behave.

This is going great...
