Funny thing is that this entire clip is better than anything Jimmy and Sam have done since Nancy Grace thing. I am not sure how it happens, but people absolutely seem way more comfortable on Opie's show than with Jimmy. It is probably because they know that are always going to be funnier than him, but whatever it is, it is always a much smoother interaction. BUT, keep thinking that J&S is a better overall show!!!
The afternoon shit show is Tits, a couple hack comics and a Cook laughing at NOTHING. At least J & S have conversations, show topics and guests. It's not just a jerk party for an insecure, unfunny douche.
I know that the majority of this sub feels this way, I just don't. Even this morning, I put J&S on and lasted about 15 minutes. I really like Whoo Kid, but other than that, it was stale. Mary Jean is another dime-a-dozen porn star that is not funny on the radio. Also, and again, just my opinion, the "conversations" that you mentioned are uninteresting and unfunny. Sam is not interesting at all and Jimmy peppers in the same, tired shit he has been saying for 15 years.
