Every celebrity has their "haters", from Justin Bieber to Lebron James to Kim Kardashian, but Opie's in a rare position to have a frothing, mentally unbalanced but hilarious group of former fans that want to despise him in the most hilarious way. Like Jocktobering himself. Look at Kimmel's "mean tweets" youtube videos - 60 million views, 58 million views, 51 million views for the top three videos. And even some of those tweets are proven to be written by the Kimmel writers!

You want a quality bit? You want a show that'll get people's attention? You want a fucking viral video? Announce this shit a week or so in advance, let's say Monday March 6th. Get some comedians in the room - someone like Vos or Bobby who can bring the fire when it comes to straight insults - and get Denny's ass in there for the whole show also, it'll work. Shit, I'd venture to guess a lot of comedians would want to be in the room for the event. Call it the "Hate AMA" or something cheesy like that and advertise it as a special show. Don't play tech-illiterate old man who doesn't know how to sort by "new" on reddit, we all know you lurk here and the only thing holding you back is your insecurity when mean comments are directed your way.

Read every single question on-air and answer them on-air, no typing responses just verbalizing them, but read every single question (maybe use "n-word" but otherwise read them verbatim). Either address them, play along with the bit, make a shitty comment back, the other guys in the room will help bring the comedy, but face the firing squad. Like you did with Spuds Buckley, your ego might bruise but you're bringing quality content to the Opie brand that you will directly benefit from while we go back to our shitty Panera jobs thinking we've "won" because you read a question about your manbreasts over the air. Wow, my hot younger wife used to date Bam Margera before we met - approach it with that kind of attitude instead of a "YOU TALK ABOUT MY FAMILY?!?! MY GODDAMN FAMILY?!?!?!" like you're Tony Soprano beating up a rival who harassed Meadow.

Once you've done the show, have one of the production members take out the best lines and cut it into a 5-6 minute video of the best responses. "Radio DJ Answers Questions from the Fans Who Despise Him" - that's unique enough to pique the curiosity of people who don't give a slightest shit about the show to give it a listen. The "mean tweets" audience. Or people just curious to see something that hasn't been done before - a person address some of the most vile, repulsive trolls on the internet.

We're his magic bullet, but he'd rather play it safe than use us to his advantage because his fee-fees might get hurt.
