That drug cocktail is quite a common mix (not necessarily just fentanyl but all opioids), xanax & opioids are no joke, I personally know at least a dozen people dead from that shit.

I asked. If you have legit pain, they gave you patches. If you couldn't sleep from said patches they'd give you benzos. I can't actually recall how or why I asked a doctor for addy. Those years have a lot of browning outs and blacking outs.

how fucking shady is that, no way she was "snoring" when he placed that coffee there. the half life on those drugs are pretty short. dunno if it was fentanyl patches or what but im pretty sure if she made it most of the night she wouldnt just tap out hours after the drugs are wearing off.

There is a part of the account you seem to have missed. After placing the coffee on the bedside table he picked up a pillow and smothered her until she stopped snoring. He then went to his home office and worked for a few hours.
