questions regarding what kind of fight is fair, but this needs to be answered

Pacquiao would win. Knowing what to do in a fight is much more important than being big and athletic. One combination to the body and LeBron would wish he was never born.

That is basically the only hope he or anybody else would have and I wouldn't like the odds of that succeeding against a great boxer, even one as small as Manny, although it can and does happen. It's just not something I would say is likely so I would put heavy odds on Pacquiao in the ring or the street. LeBron is huge and is an amazing athlete so his puncher's chance is way higher than the average guy, but good fighters want people to just be wild. They'll slip one ugly punch and then they are inside and connecting, the foot work and power would be shocking to anybody even a big guy like LeBron. And besides giving a punch, taking a punch is an acquired skill as well. Dani Brand can attest to that. LeBron would likely fold after some hooks to the body.

In the street LeBron would have to tie Pacquiao up fast and get him to the ground I would think or go for a sloppy standing guillotine choke, and if he tries to tie him up then Pacquiao is close to him and likely throwing punches with no gloves on. And he might find it hard to actually get a hold of him since he has no real fighting ability and Pacquiao is very quick.
