Bawby is fuckin' great. Stop digging for a new person to hate on. He's as quick witted as he is fat, and his stand up is solid. I've seen him 4 times and he killed each time. If you've only heard him be the butt of the joke on O&A you're listening to maybe a quarter of his appearances. Back in the day when all the comics would come in and hang he was a part of that group that would make for ruthlessly funny shows.
Now I wont defend his podcast. You're right there, that has turned to shit because he's trying to recreate that "comic hang" O&A perfected, except he cant get the really good comedians to come on very often because theyre all doing their own shit. If he gets any 2 of Soder, List, The PR Rattlesnake, Normand on with him it'll be a good show. Otherwise I won't even listen.
Is this a thing people do on here do? As long as there's Opie, the hate will never be in short supply. I was just pointing out that he's not deserving of the praise he gets. And Yeah last special was ok. Literally everything else he does is terrible but his special wasn't bad.

If anything Bobby deserves more respect around here.
For him to build the comedy career he has despite being only able to tolerate 2 hours or so on land before needing to be submerged in salt water just shows his commitment. He's willing to put his life on the line for his comedy.
