This Soder appearance is the funniest J&S in weeks.

Yeah, because Soder fuckin rules. Nothing to do with what show he's on.

I still find the show funny, I just think they're missing a third funny person. That was the point I was making.

they're missing rhythm, honestly. they've been getting more and more perfected over time, but they still need to do a lot of shows together before they focus on getting a 3rd wheel involved. that's kinda what ruined opies run, and kinda why opie and ant did well together while including norton.

It would be great if Soder just cut bait with that dope Big Jay and jumped on with Jim and Sam.

Maybe then Big Jay would put in more of an effort on LOS.

Or at least quit that shitshow SDR

Legion a Fat east coast Hipster wanna bee show isn't good either.

you must be unfamiliar with the east coast hipster

ya know at first I dismissed your comment as BS but the more I thought about it, the more sense it seems to make. the "Big jay giving more of a shit on LOS" is what sold it.

I think he would have if the opportunity came at the right time. He was only making 50k from The Bonfire originally.

He really is God's gift to the world

How many times did he bust out... * "Hah-nyah-nyahhh" to represent indian music * Sam Elliott voice * African guy voice

Shut up.

He busted out a Rodney Dangerfield impression which was quite good.

As good as Joe Piscipo's?

no respect at all are you kiddin me?

doing Rodney

King?

The last funny thing Opie and Anthony ever did was because of Soder. The whole pit-bull segment. Fucking great.

What show was that?

It starts with them talking about the KFC that told a little girl who got attacked by a dog she had to leave, and the next half hour is gold.

I hadn't hear it either, enjoy the fruits of the following key strokes "opie and anthony pit bull soder"

I can take or leave soder. Nothing against him being a regular but co host? Nah

Do you enjoy J&S as it is now?

Yeah most shows i like. Doesn't mean i don't think it can get better.

Saw him perform at the stand last night. Was too afraid to say hi after because I'm gay.

He is really cool with fans in person. Just keep in mind he is typically high af off stage.

He was looking at his phone and then looked preoccupied before having to go back on stage for the later show, so I didn't bother.

Yeah I would wait till after his last set.

Well I hope you get laid if that's what you're after.

Fawkin home run

Well with that attitude I really hope Mr Dan Soder wrecked your asshole

Yep. I saw him in Tampa a couple years ago, and after the show he was by the bar and nobody was bothering him. Well, I'm a gay fanboy so me and my beard talked to him for about 15 minutes. Couldn't have been nicer. He was telling us stories about drinking with Anthony at his house. He's great on stage too.

What did he say about drinking with Anthony?

Nothing too crazy...He was adamant, though, that Anthony is more funny and more talented than most comics he knew. It was obvious he really enjoyed Anthony.

I saw him at the Stand last time I was in New York too. I was able to talk to him a bit and he was a very chill person.

I'll make sure to next time. I'm glad it didn't happen because I was prepared to say something stupid like "will be listening to ya tomorrow on Jim and Sam!" I liked the our seats/ the venue though:

Haha, I'm not from New York, so I was surprised at how small the venue actually was. Practically every seat is a front seat, but I see a big name there every time I visit.

J&S are in desperate need of a 2nd mic.

Ant, Ron, Dan would all work. Just get someone in there.

Ron's too busy trying to carry his talentless daughter into having a radio career of her own. They would never take Ant back, especially after his arrest for domestic violence.

Well that shouldn't be a problem, Ant cleared that up on his world famous podcast. I'm sure they heard his explanation

Sam needs to shut up and steer the ship while Jimmy and someone else bring entertainment.

What original input that definitely no one has ever said before.

Who knew? Jimmy needs another funny guy in there with him to be at his best.

Dump J&S and just listen to The Bonfire

It's too bad I bailed on the fucking static mess before Soder got on. At least there's the Bonfire tonight.

Agreed. Once they got a comic in there, they got loose. Goddamn man, figure it out. Someone around them has to tell them this shit.

the show's funny when they have funny people in? thatdon'tmakenosense

Datdonmakenosensedo?

ahPreh Fahlls?

Am I the only one that dislikes Sides and his smooth 'radio' voice? I just don't get the appeal. I'm fine with him as a guest to appease you yumorless jokers but I couldnt stand both his AND Sam's voice on a daily basis.

He actually has the ability to be funny. Sam is...uh, a hard-worker or whatever people still use to describe his unrelatable personality

I saw him at the Cellar so I just walked up to him and bought his peckah a drink..

The Bonfire is the only radio show worth listening to

Soder should be once a week. Same with Mark Normand

I'm listening to it now. He just steers it out of uncomfortable boring talk like them bitching about their interns and tries to relief the tension.

Shut up.

He busted out a Rodney Dangerfield impression which was quite good.

What show was that?
