Why do you think baby boy jim Norton won't pay BMW for leading one of their cars?

Just listened to yesterday's show, and baby boy was saying how BMW is charging him more than he owes so he isn't paying them. My guess is it came in the wrong color , and we know how jim will use anything for a free handout, so he will use that excuse not to pay.

He underpays for everything, so when he's actually expected to pay what's on the bill, he loses his mind.
Had a few customers like this at the shop, so we'd jack up their bill by 10%, cut it by 5% as soon as they cried, then let them talk us down the rest of the way. It's all about customer service.
