I recall how on the set of Jackass The Movie (fit in your own Bam Margera refs.), Jeff Tremaine had to put out a production-wide memo to the maniacs in the cast and long-suffering crew about reeling in or altogether stopping the "Nut Tapping" (or Turkey Tapping) during production. Because you cant be talking about shots and setting up stuff with the stunt coordinators, while looking over his shoulder waiting for the inevitable nut tap from Chris Pontious or what have you, which most of the time seemed to come every time something important had to be discussed...
